As a board certified family medicine physician, Dr. Jeudy provides quality health care to families and individuals in the Houston and Galleria areas as well as Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Richmond and Pearland.
 

We invite you to join us in a partnership for health that is unique to family physicians and their patients. Family physicians are trained to care for all family members, from birth through old age, and to treat the whole person - not just the organ system that is "sick". This approach helps to detect many problems early, when they may be easiest and less costly to treat. Dr. Jeudy is experienced in treating the majority of a family's health care needs, while coordinating referrals for those problems which require specialty care.

Complete Family Care

Health evaluations, complete physical exams, asthma, sinus and allergy problems, colds, flu, sore throats, ear and eye infections, bronchitis and pneumonia.  Stress and depression management, weight management, headaches, skin problems, stomach and bowel problems, back pain, chest pain, and abdominal pain. 

Procedures include: ECGs, echocardiograms, nebulizer treatments, pulmonary function testing, audiology tests, vision tests, laceration repair, ingrown toenail removal, removal of skin lesions (moles, warts, skin tags, cysts and abscesses), and earwax removal.  Lab service:  CPL (Clinical Pathology Laboratories) provides draw service during all office hours.

Urgent Care

For any life threatening emergency where you are unsure of what action to take call 911.  For life's little emergencies - sprains, cuts, burns, animal bites, sudden fevers - you may walk in for prompt, professional treatment at an affordable price.  We offer an attractive alternative to spending hours in hospital emergency waiting rooms.

Chronic Disease Management

Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid problems, heart problems, anemia, acid reflux, arthritis, depression, and cancer screenings (breast, colon, skin, testicular, prostate, and cervical).

Children's and Adolescent's Health

Sick and wellness exams; school, camp and sports physicals; vaccinations and immunizations.
