Wilner Jeudy, MD is a
board certified Family
Medicine physician in
private practice in the
Southwest Houston area.
Raised in Harlingen,
Texas, Dr. Jeudy
graduated from Baylor
University in 1993. He
continued his medical
training at the
University of Texas
Health Science Center at
Houston (1997), then
completed his Family
Practice residency at
Memorial-Hermann
Southwest Hospital in
2000. Dr. Jeudy treats a wide variety of illnesses and problems, including hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, sleep apnea, weight control, asthma, and allergies. "The reason I chose Family Medicine as a career is because of the variety. I enjoy helping kids with runny noses, older people with arthritis, and everything in-between." Traditional medicine definitely helps save lives, but Dr. Jeudy also stresses the natural approach. "Exercise and a healthy diet are the foundation of health. With a healthy lifestyle we can minimize medications; that always makes me happy." Dr. Jeudy enjoys
teaching medical students
and residents; he is
affiliated with the
Memorial-Hermann
Southwest Family Practice
Residency program and the
UTMB Family Medicine
Department. He is a
member of the American
Academy of Family
Physicians, Texas
Association of Family
Physicians, Harris County
Medical Society, and the
American Society of
